Subject: Legal Notice Regarding Unauthorized Use / Trademark / Business Rights of “Anantkaay”

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, on behalf of Anantkaay, hereby issue this legal notice regarding the protection and unauthorized use of the business name, brand identity, content, intellectual property, and associated digital assets related to “Anantkaay” hosted or operated through the Shopify platform.

It has come to our notice that certain activities/content/store(s) on your platform may be using the name “Anantkaay,” related branding elements, copyrighted material, product images, designs, business identity, or misleading representations without proper authorization and consent.

Such unauthorized usage may amount to:

  • Trademark infringement
  • Copyright violation
  • Brand impersonation
  • Unfair business practices
  • Misrepresentation causing reputational and financial loss

Therefore, through this legal notice, we request Shopify to:

  1. Investigate the concerned store/account immediately.
  2. Remove or disable infringing content/store(s).
  3. Prevent further unauthorized use of the “Anantkaay” brand name and related assets.
  4. Share necessary details of the infringing party, if legally permissible.
  5. Take appropriate action under Shopify’s policies and applicable laws.

If no action is taken within 7 days from receipt of this notice, we shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings and further actions before the competent authorities, entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences.

This notice is issued without prejudice to all other legal rights and remedies available to us under applicable laws.
