At Anantkaay, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with tags.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.
If the product is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect item received
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the product, and we will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used skincare / beauty products
- Personal care items
- Customized or special-order products
- Items purchased during sale or clearance
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different product, you may return the item (if eligible). After the return is approved, you can place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
